Christian Dior, Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2012

Yes, it's Haute Couture time and it really doesn't get much better than this.
I am so in love with this Christian Dior collection, presented during Paris fashion week. 

 I adore the classic feminine looks, old Hollywood glamor and delicate tulle.
I am also taken away by the makeup and styling of the models - so simple, but so wonderful! In the days of Nicky Minaj, it's so refreshing to see fashion remind us that 'less is more', and a gorgeous look doesn't necessarily need much more than a flawless complexion, eyeliner, mascara and a beautifully fitting dress.

Elie Saab Haute Couture, Fall 2011

This Elie Saab couture masterpiece will remain one of my favorite collections (hmm, I believe I say this every year after I see the Elie Saab collection). Those colors, the lace and tulle, the unmistakeable feminine charm and delicacy of each and every piece . . . Sweeps me off my feet.
