Menswear: Vivienne Westwood, Spring 2012

The Olympics have been the main source of inspiration for Vivienne Westwood for this collection, but we see the more athletic pieces alongside sophisticated three-piece suits (still casual though). The designer's husband is credited as co-creator of the collection. It is so charming to see them collaborate on this Spring/Summer project, and since it was a success, maybe it's just the first collaborative collection of many to come.

Menswear: J.Crew, Spring 2012

The J.Crew menswear collection for Spring/Summer 2012 embodies the traditional J.Crew look, with relaxed style for casual weekends, boating, and pleasant summer evening.
The style is casual and comfortable, with plaited shirts, cardigans and light comfy sweaters, canvas jeans and shorts, slim fit jeans and trousers.  Suits are not overly formals, but still flattering and fun.

A Dose of Handsomeness: Michael Fassbender

I watched "A Dangerous Method" the other day and was a little disappointed, but my disappointment has nothing to do with the actors' performance. I think Michael Fassbender, Viggo Mortensen and Keira Knightley did a great job conveying the their characters convincingly (I was just hoping to see more emphasis on the communication between Jung and Freud and the clash of their ideas). Anyway, this post is about Michael Fassbender and his recent photo-shoot and interview for Interview Magazine. Love!
