The Sugar Bowl, a 'Depression-era ski resort' near Lake Tahoe is a spectacular place, appreciated by keen skiers. The Huneeus family was lucky enough to find an empty lot in the area where they built their 3,800 square foot house with the help of Bay Area architect John Maniscalco.
