Make-Up Inspiration: Artustic touch

Coal black eyeliner . . . smudge it, seal with some black eyeshadow and voila. Love it! I love the subtle sheen in the lipstick/balm and the skin glow - it's a brilliant finish for this look.

Simple and simply perfect. Still, if you are inexperienced in applying glitter, you might have a sparkly disaster on your hands (a proper primer makes the whole difference). Beautiful!
