This antique sign from Sugarboo Designs can be found and purchased from Modern Chic Home. It's 36" x 36" vintage wood, hand made and hand painted.

I first came across this through Charlie from Attempting Aloha, who used this idea as an inspiration for her own crafty project. She has created an equally lovely "I love your laughter" sign.
