Camilla Skovgaard is a well-know designer name in the world of shoes (oh, the world of shoes). She is also a wonderful example of a talented, successful and hard-working woman of the 21st Century.
Born in Denmakr, she took her Bachelor's degree with honors. Soon after, she took her Master's Degree in Footwear design and product development from Cordwainers shoe college, followed by a degree at the Royal College of Art in London.
She began her career at the age of 20 in Dubai, but the real success began when Saks Fifth Avenue bought her first collection while she was still pursuing her Graduate degree. It's been a success story ever since. Some of Camilla Skovgaard's most prominent acknowledgments include Shoe Designer on the Year 2008, Accessories Designer of the Year 2010.
