I love this lavish table decor! Beautiful floral arrangements, bright tablecloth, gorgeous accent plates, glasses and punchbowl. Of course, this would all mean very little if it weren't for the decadent and fresh food: rich salad bar, nuts, wine and lovely appetizers!

You're Invited: Purple-and-Pink Dessert Table

This wonderful, delicious couture style dessert table was prepared by Sandra Downie Event Designs for a backyard garden party. I really like the rich purple palette, ranging from the soft lavender tone of the tablecloth to the deep purple of the display boxes. You can easily dress up boxes with fabric and ribbons, or layers of tissue paper to create lovely displays for your own event. I'm also very fond of the use of pinks and purples in most of the desserts. The blackberries, in particular, are exquisite!

This all-white dessert table was designed by Amy Atlas events for a bridal shower brunch.
I love the white lemonade with calligraphed "Best Wishes" straws and the assortment of white chocolates and candy. Adorable!
This is just the right stuff to get me inspired for a friend's bridal shower on Saturday!
